Iain didn’t even realise that accepting anonymous votes under comments might not be a good idea until someone pointed it out to him. Even now, it appears that you can leave an anonymous vote under comments so long as you ‘give a name’.

Personally, I’ve never taken part in this charade. I’ve felt that doing so would lend it credibility that it doesn’t deserve.
